THE ANTIDOTE

To be forewarned is to be fore armed
I can stab your conscience with words
With my sharp mind but don’t be alarmed
Knowledge is deficit in some folks I wanna upgrade I don’t mean to harm

Conscious words of wisdom remain a potent cure for ignorance
Don’t resist my lyrical concoction I’m at your service, please give me a chance
We’re all not perfect; many souls are inflicted with varying ailments
Mental slavery, mass deception and blind followership remain Prevalent
In need of diagnosis and cure, it could be mental, emotional or spiritual

There’s no shame in admitting you need help, don’t resist assistance
I’m your medicine man willing to give a helping hand in any circumstance
The society is ill, the human mind is so wicked and even more sick oh what a shame
Many are blinded by misguided religious teachings, killing for the sake of god they claim

Many churches and mosques I see on almost every corner but they give little remedy
The mind still remains the most lethal and easily used evil tool in the hands of the enemy
Human dignity is gradually eroding, we daily loosing grip on our collective sanity
Humane values and norms are under attack by some evil forces against humanity
Visions for a peaceful future stay blurred by those fanning embers of hate & disunity
I see the appalling symptoms of intolerance, corruption and ethnic bigotry in many

It’s disheartening many are hard-headed not willing to heed to the voice of wisdom
Many are held back by pride instead of embracing humility to give their minds freedom
From the shackles of ignorance which is established to be a major cause of death
Knowledge is universal, there’s no discrimination it’s a blessing from mother earth

Those who genuinely seek shall find, the search starts from within the mind
Attitudinal change is required in high dosage for the betterment of all mankind
The world is dynamic keep yourself abreast with information don’t be left behind
Always dare to question and challenge any falsehood; self expression ain’t a crime

Purge your thoughts from all inimical tendency usher into your life a sense of decency
Life is not a gamble if you take my prescription it will surely increase your life expectancy
A healthy lifestyle begins with positive thoughts it’s a common idea there’s no secrecy
Positive thoughts in the minds of the people will cure the society from a state of lunacy

Don’t hesitate to check yourself if you notice in you any dysfunctional abnormality
Seek for a quick remedy before its prolonged growth inside leaves you with a deformity
Nobody is perfect don’t be satisfied there’s no everlasting quench of thirst for curiosity
